We are the only independent AAA Approved Auto Repair Facility in the Lakes Region.  AAA does an extensive background check, facility inspection, and many other checks before they award the AAA Approved Auto Repair designation.  They also perform a random survey of past customers to make sure our customer service and professionalism meet their high standards.  I am happy to report, on this portion of the process, we attained above a 99% Customer Satisfaction Index, the highest AAA of Northern New England has ever seen.

We are located behind, but not associated in any way with Valvoline Instant Oil Change.  We sold the quicklube portion of our business to Valvoline in 2001, and have no connection to them, other than a common driveway.    Look for our new sign, designed to look like a big wrench at 1145 Union Avenue.  To get to us, you turn at the wrench sign, and go straight up the hill to our building on the rear of the lot.
